Thank you for accompanying me on this path.
In an ancient tradition there is a beautiful thought:
**The guest is sacred.**
When a person enters a house, a good host strives not only to show them their world, but also to see to it that they leave a little happier than they came.
This exhibition was my invitation.
And this small creative table is my gift to you.
Today you are not simply creating a picture.
You are creating a small symbol that will stay with you as a memory of this encounter.

## Choose the Background
Look at the canvases before you.
Each of them already has its own colour.
Do not think too long.
Simply look at them.
Which colour drew your attention first?
Take that very one.
Not because it is more beautiful than the others.
But because it is the one that touched something in you today.
Place the canvas before you.
Take a short breath in.
And we continue.

## Choose the Symbol
Today the lotus lies before you.
In many cultures it is regarded as a symbol of inner growth.
It reminds us that a person can, even amid difficulties, preserve the purity of their heart and continue to unfold.
Place the stencil in the centre of the canvas.
Make sure it lies straight.
Now you may go on.

# Step 3
## We Create Texture
Take the spatula.
Take up a little texture paste.
It need not be much.
Better to add a little more than to have to remove too much.
Spread the paste carefully over the stencil.
Try to fill all the elements evenly.
Do not press too hard.
Let your movements be calm and flowing.
When the motif is completely filled, sweep the excess paste back into the pot.
Now carefully lift off the stencil.
Begin at one corner.
Raise it slowly.
Look …
The lotus has appeared.
Exactly as your hands have shaped it.

## Add a Little Light
Now you can make your work a little more special.
Before you lie various materials:
Mother-of-pearl.
Metallic pigments.
Glitter.
Gold.
Silver.
Choose only what you truly wish to add.
Do not try to adorn everything.
Sometimes a very small accent is enough.
Beauty is rarely loud.

## Conclusion
Now look at your work.
A few minutes ago an empty canvas lay before you.
Now before you lies a symbol that did not exist before.
And the most astonishing thing …
Even if someone beside you shaped the very same lotus, two identical works will never come into being.
So it is in life as well.
We may walk similar paths.
Yet each person lives their path in their own way.
That is why the value lies not in being perfect.
The value lies in being genuine.
